Position Summary

Grace Church is seeking a Guest Experience & True Coffee Lead—someone who thrives in both daily operations and hands-on event execution. This role provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of True Coffee while helping bring weekend services and special events to life through preparation, execution, and volunteer leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating welcoming experiences that reflect the heart and mission of Grace Church.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and support volunteer teams for Sunday services and special events

• Schedule and communicate with teams through CCB, email, and text

• Train volunteers on financial processes and ensure accountability in transactions

• Maintain clean, organized spaces that reflect excellence and care

• Provide ongoing training to create a consistent guest experience

• Manage inventory for True Coffee and special events

• Execute weekend service responsibilities and special events

• Evaluate and implement systems and process improvements

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity across teams and processes

Qualifications

• A growing relationship with Jesus and commitment to the mission and values of Grace Church

• Experience leading, training, and developing volunteer teams

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details and competing priorities

• A heart for hospitality and creating welcoming guest experiences

• Ability to be both a strategic thinker and hands-on team player

• Experience in hospitality, coffee, retail, events, or a related field preferred

• Contribute to a positive staff culture through collaboration, initiative, and engagement with the team
