The Grace Internship is a ten-month leadership development experience designed to develop leaders who follow Jesus deeply, lead others faithfully, and multiply wherever God sends them.

This isn't an internship where you simply observe ministry. Through an apprenticeship model, interns step into real ministry, lead real people, and gain hands-on experience alongside Grace Church leaders.
What you'll experience
The Grace Internship is built around four core pillars:

Spiritual Formation
Deepen your relationship with Jesus and develop spiritual rhythms that will sustain you as a leader.

Leadership Development
Grow in communication, initiative, ownership, and the practical skills needed to lead others well.
​
Ministry Experience
Gain hands-on ministry experience by serving, leading, and taking real ownership within a ministry area.

Mentorship
Learn alongside an Intern Lead and mentor who will invest in your personal, spiritual, and leadership development.
The commitment
The Grace Internship runs for ten months, September through July.
​
Interns are expected to be present on Sundays and commit a minimum of 3–6 additional hours each week within their ministry area. Interns also participate in leadership development, mentorship, cohort gatherings, and quarterly evaluations.
