Family
Family first...
We love families at Grace Church! God has made every family unique and it is our goal to help each one connect to God, community and mission. We offer programs for all ages and our family ministry team is dedicated to serving you and your whole family; check out each section under the "FAMILY/STUDENTS" tab to see what's available!KidZone
KidZone serves children from birth through 5th grade. God's love and
truth are taught through a variety of activities, including worship, Bible
teaching, games, crafts and Scripture memorization.
KidZone meets Saturdays at 6:00pm and Sundays at 8:30, 10:00,
and 11:30am during all weekend services.
(If you are coming to KidZone for the first time, please allow a few
minutes before service to check in your children. We love your kids
and their safety and security is a top priority!)

AWANA
AWANA is a fun, Bible-based program that teaches children to know, love and serve Jesus. AWANA is for children from three years old (and potty trained) through sixth grade. We also have a program that continues teaching Scripture to Jr. High students and trains them to work with younger children in AWANA. AWANA at Grace Church started the new club year on October 6, 2011 and will run through April 26, 2012. Our club meets every Thursday night from 6:20 pm to 8:00 pm. The cost for the year is $45 for the first child and $40 for all siblings, as well as $15 for the child's club uniform. However, please let us know if you need assistance with any fees. We never want cost to keep a child from participating!

AWANA or serving in the ministry, please click here.

Family Partner Organizations
Because we love our community and the city of Reno, Grace Church is also a meeting place for community organizations geared toward building up local families and teens. For more information about how your club or organization can partner with Grace Church, contact Jay Stearley, Executive Pastor, at 747-9000 x227.

Boy Scouts of America
Boy Scouts instills the leadership skills, civic responsibility and duty
of service helping boys to become productive and vital leaders and
participants in their communities.
Through weekly meetings, monthly campouts, district-wide
events and community service projects, the scouts in Troop 245 learn
how to be leaders and young men. Troop 245 is a faith-based troop
committed not only to traditional scouting principles, but also to living
and teaching the Great Commandment (love God, love people) and
the Great Commission (make disciples). The troop is open to boys
11-18 years old, and parent leaders are welcome.
