The Congregational Care Ministry of Grace Church is designed to meet the needs of those individuals that are in need of support due to circumstances in their lives. Home TouchAngel Food – Provides meals for families of Grace Church who are in need, due to an illness or recent surgery, new baby, or death in the family. Visitation – Visits individuals of Grace Church who are hospitalized or facing other serious difficulties. In-Touch – An encouragement ministry of sending cards to people within the body of Grace Church who are ill, have had a recent surgery or new baby, or have experienced a recent loss. Health MinistryThis is a new ministry that will work with our church family in health and wellness issues. The main goal is to keep the church body educated on healthy living practices. This includes quarterly blood pressure checks and a future Health Fair! The Women’s Fitness Class on Wednesday Mornings is overseen by this ministry. WelcomeThis ministry sends cards to people new to the Reno area and new to Grace Church. They devote themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread
and to prayer. |
